Introduction

Changing and growing is hard. If you're ready for change, then I'm ready to be your guide and walk with you throughout that process. I’m a licensed clinical psychologist committed to helping adults reach their goals, increase their self-esteem, and decrease feeling overwhelmed by their thoughts and emotions. With expertise in evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness), you will have the opportunity to learn tools that actually work as supported by research. I use a genuine, compassionate, and culturally responsive style to create an understanding, supportive atmosphere. As your psychologist, we will work as a team to reach your goals so that you feel empowered to tackle life's stressors. I’m passionate about sharing and disseminating evidence-based skills to everyone, including my clients, businesses, and fellow clinicians. In addition to individual therapy, I'm open to participating in workshops, speaking engagements, and professional consultations. If you’re interested in scheduling a consultation with me, please send an appointment request or call me to schedule a free 20 minute phone consultation. Please note, I'm currently licensed in California and can only conduct psychotherapy with people who reside in the state of California.
