Introduction

Do you ever feel like you don’t have the space or time to breathe? Like you’re in survival mode more than thriving? Taking the first step to look for a therapist is a brave decision that I applaud you for. In working together, we can explore the difference between where you are and where you want to be. You can expect to be welcomed into a safe and nonjudgmental environment. I believe the most important aspect of participating in therapy is developing a supportive and trusting relationship with your therapist where you can feel free to explore your thoughts and feeling without fear of judgement. My approach to therapy is person centered, holistic, and most importantly human. Sessions are filled with curiosity and connection rather than rigid responses. I practice a combination of motivational interviewing, CBT, parts work, and I encourage deep reflection. I am currently offering telehealth sessions and would love to connect via phone or email to decide if working together is the right fit for you.
