I believe the most important aspect of participating in therapy is developing a supportive and trusting relationship with your therapist where you can feel free to explore your thoughts and feeling without fear of judgement. My approach to therapy is person centered, holistic, and most importantly human. Sessions are filled with curiosity and connection rather than rigid responses. I practice a combination of motivational interviewing, CBT, parts work, and I encourage deep reflection.
