Introduction

I strive to provide my clients with a collaborative and culturally sensitive approach to therapy, tailoring effective treatments to the individual needs of those I work with. I see individuals who are struggling with a number of different symptoms and life situations, including history of trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, loss, difficulty coping, sleep disturbance, and life transitions. I look forward to working with you to develop an individualized treatment plan to help you reach your therapy goals. I have extensive experience working with trauma survivors, and have received specialty training in treatments for post-traumatic stress disorder (ACT, PE, CPT), and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (E/RP). I also have specialized experience in working with individuals adjusting to and coping with challenging medical diagnoses and/or chronic medical conditions. For those experiencing sleep challenges, I offer a specialized program in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i). Please contact me with questions or to schedule an initial no-cost consultation appointment. *I am licensed to provide teletherapy for those in DC, MD, FL, WA, and in states that are part of PsyPact: https://psypact.site-ym.com/page/psypactmap. I am also a co-founder and co-owner of the Trauma Resilience & Education Center of Greater Washington, DC (TREC DC), which currently has providers with immediate openings.
