I am deeply passionate about my work as a therapist. It is an honor and a privilege to support individuals in creating positive and meaningful change in their lives. My professional mission is to partner with people experiencing personal crises, depression, anxiety, addictions, uncertainty, loss, or trauma. I approach each client with a relational, attachment-focused lens, seeking to understand their unique experiences and challenges. Over the years, it has been both a personal privilege and a professional joy to help individuals seeking new life goals, enhanced clarity, and renewed energy. I employ a mindful, trauma-sensitive, validating, and strength-based approach to support my clients. My experience as an on-site therapist at a local school has also inspired me to advocate for greater acceptance of human diversity and to support individuals across the entire spectrum of human experiences. With extensive professional training, I am equipped to address various emotional and cognitive disorders, as well as issues stemming from the legacy of trauma. My personal experiences as a former Soviet refugee and a child immigrant in Israel provide me with a profound understanding of struggles that go beyond the surface. I pursued a graduate degree in Social Work to deepen my understanding of societal processes that can exacerbate deeply personal issues. I am an energetic and compassionate individual, comfortable working with people from all walks of life and diverse backgrounds. My goal is to meet my clients where they are, providing a safe space for them to practice self-compassion and self-care. I am dedicated to advocating for my clients during times of struggle and confusion, helping them navigate their paths with confidence. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy parenting, hiking, walking my dog, and exploring new hobbies. There’s always something new and exciting on the horizon, and I am constantly seeking to learn and grow.
