Introduction

Life is never predictable, and managing the various emotions that come up can be overwhelming. It is my goal to ensure that you feel seen, heard, and challenged to be your best self. I studied at Brenau University and am have been a therapist for over 6 years. I believe in partnering with my clients to assist them in understanding their emotions and behaviors. My approach combines cognitive behavioral and choice based therapy with creative, person centered techniques to tailor therapy for each individual client and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of my clients.
