Hi there! My name is Eli, and I love building connections with my clients and providing a platform to facilitate new insight and growth. I often work with those who are struggling in their social or romantic relationships to build confidence and gain a deeper understanding of how early relationships and experiences influence the challenges they face in the present. The clients I work with frequently feel removed from their values, lacking in confidence, and cutoff from themselves. I use an eclectic blend of therapy modalities to help clients regulate emotions, build self-worth, and establish some healthy distance from negative thoughts and emotions.
