My therapeutic style is relational and collaborative with a client-centered trauma informed framework. My specializations include anxiety, depression, grief and loss, PTSD, chronic illness, and relationships. I look forward to the opportunity to meet and discuss your concerns and goals. I am an approved LISW Supervisor for the Iowa Board of Social Work and enjoy mentoring peers on the path to developing a unique professional identity.
