Eli Michael, LCSW, CDC I has experience working with adolescents, families and adults. Sometimes people seek counseling to talk about the past, future or present. Sometimes people want to learn skills to manage symptoms of anxiety, stress, depression or trauma response. Others come to process and heal from traumatic events. Eli uses an eclectic approach of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness and Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC) therapy to help people reach their therapeutic goal. Most recently Eli completed Perinatal Mental Health training and is working towards certification for perinatal and postpartum mental health.
