I am trained in CBT and have advanced training from Elna Yadin, Ph.D. in evidence based behavioral treatments for OCD, TIC’s, anxiety, specific phobias, and BFRB’s (skin picking (excoriation), hair pulling (trichotillomania), nail biting (Onychophagia).
