Introduction

Ever since I was a kid, I've been fascinated by the power of therapy. My own journey has been a blend of creative expression (I have a degree from the University of Tennessee and years spent writing and acting) and a deep desire to help others heal. After earning my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University, I discovered a passion for working with individuals struggling with addiction. However, I quickly realized that trauma often lies at the root of these challenges. This led me to delve into EMDR, a cutting-edge therapy proven effective for PTSD, even in our veterans. I believe in a holistic approach, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities including solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, CBT, DBT, and IFS. I understand that our family dynamics profoundly shape who we are, and I'm committed to helping you break free from limiting beliefs and self-defeating patterns. Together, we'll explore your authentic self, rewrite your narrative, and empower you to live a life of purpose and fulfillment. Let's begin your healing journey.
