Hello, I am glad you're here. I am a therapist offering online therapy, and am based in Los Angeles. I feel passionate about working with individuals who feel isolated or different, or that they are either too much or not enough for the world around them. Learning self-confidence, self-acceptance, and freedom from judgement can be daunting, and I am committed to helping clients reach their goals. I want to understand clients in their own contexts and cultures, and I believe that our healing is our right. I have a holistic view of mental health, and am here to support clients in a way that feels genuine and appropriate for each individual. I also utilize a supportive, psychodynamic approach, and I believe that our earliest relationships have a significant influence on how we view our world and our places in it.
