Are you feeling stuck, lonely, hopeless, lost direction or meaning in life? Hi, I am Elena and I am offering a helping hand and inviting you into the process of your self-discovery. Therapy can help reveal your true potential, what matters to you the most, and what brings joy and meaning in your life. Collaboratively, we will discern what no longer works for you and find new paths for a fulfilling life. If you or your loved one struggle with substance use, I may help too. My approach is trauma-informed, nondirectional, nonjudgemental, deeply empathetic, and exploratory. Using an integrative approach I will employ interventions from different modalities to tailor treatment to your needs and goals. I serve my clients in English and Russian languages equally efficiently.
