Introduction

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of WA, with an M.A. in Marriage & Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary. I've been in practice since 2006. I'm also trained as a Life Coach, and have followed the thread of being curious about people for most of my life. The greatest outcome in therapy is for you to see and believe the substance of your significance and capability. My intention is to cultivate an environment where you feel safe, seen and welcome enough to be truly curious about yourself. I have found that Lifespan Integration and CIMBS are modalities that enhance such curiosity. They are rooted in the research on brain plasticity - the brain’s ability to change or reorganize. This means there is hope for moving beyond the same old thought spirals that contribute, but are not limited to anxiety, depression, or even professional, or emotional immobility. My greatest joy is seeing clients realize their power of choice around stumbling blocks that have historically held them back from pursuing life more fully. I'm currently practicing exclusively on a Telehealth platform, so regardless of where you live in Washington State, my office is a click away.
