Introduction

Entering the field in 2016, Elaina has been growing her love for helping others since then. She obtained her Master's degree in 2021, and her LPC in 2024. She enjoys helping her clients feel connected to themselves and others, understanding their minds and bodies, and helping them find the path to healing. Hi! My name is Elaina and I enjoy helping people who struggle with difficult feelings such as anxiety and depression, sexuality and gender identity struggles, as well as substance use and addiction. Whether it's a lifelong battle with addiction, a recent life change, or struggles with anxiety or depression, life has a way of sending us something we may need a little help learning to overcome. I utilize a combination of mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, CBT, DBT, and a person centered approach to encourage growth and positive progress in all of my clients. We will work together at a pace that works best for you. I strive to be someone that you can feel safe and comfortable opening up to about the things you may not be able to talk about with others in your life. I believe that true healing begins with a desire to change and continues with a commitment to that change. Starting therapy can be an intimidating process and I want to make it as easy for you as possible.
