Introduction

Elaina Bruno is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Certified School Social Worker, and Certified Holistic Nutritionist (HNC) in the state of New Jersey. She holds a Master of Social Work degree from Ramapo College and has received additional certification in grief and loss work. Elaina brings a thoughtful, personalized, and integrative approach to therapy, rooted in her experience working with individuals, families, and couples in both community and private settings. Elaina works with adults and couples navigating mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, grief, family and relationship concerns, and challenges related to self-esteem and self-image. Her therapeutic style is supportive, non-judgmental, and strengths-based, with an emphasis on helping clients build emotional awareness and increase self-determination to make meaningful, lasting change. Drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities—including mindfulness, holistic wellness practices, and trauma-informed approaches—Elaina tailors treatment to meet the needs of each client. She believes in exploring the impact of past experiences on present-day functioning and encourages self-reflection and self-care as part of the healing process. Elaina offers a warm and open space where clients can feel heard, empowered, and supported. She currently sees clients via telehealth, ranging from late adolescence through late adulthood. Outside of therapy, Elaina lives in North Jersey with her partner and their pets. She’s a devoted cat mom who enjoys spending time in nature, reading, writing, cooking, and taking peaceful walks outdoors.
