Introduction

My desire to work with others began with an appreciation for the healing that being present can provide. My story has taken me to working with diverse populations in the community who struggle with their mental health and substance use issues. The story of being human never ends and sometimes we need help along the way. My own exploration has involved meditation, movement, and being in community to find how to honor being present with myself and those I share space with.
