Welcome — I’m Eileen Santaella I believe healing starts with a genuine human connection. That’s why I focus on building strong, trusting therapeutic relationships rooted in compassion, self-care, and authenticity. I provide a space where you can feel safe to be vulnerable and supported as you explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns. Together, we’ll work to uncover your strengths, understand your challenges, and begin the process of meaningful, lasting change. Therapeutic Approach: Every person is unique, and I honor that by creating personalized treatment plans tailored to your story, needs, and goals. I use an integrative and evidence-based approach, drawing from the following modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Somatic Therapy Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT) Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) Solution-Focused Therapy Mindfulness-Based Interventions Motivational Interviewing (MI) I’m also a Certified Yoga Teacher and trained in the Trauma Conscious Yoga Method, which allows me to incorporate body-based and holistic healing practices when appropriate.
