Introduction

When life becomes too difficult, we often feel like there is something fundamentally wrong within us. We feel invisible, left out, and misunderstood. As women, we are constantly trying to do more while being told by the world around us that we are not good enough. You need to be the perfect student, the caring daughter, and the supportive friend. You need to be the patient mother, loving partner, and an uncompromising independent career woman. You have to do it all-- and you carry an unyielding emotional burden because of it. As a therapist, I am passionate about helping women of all backgrounds explore what is holding them back in life. I believe in therapy that is centered around the therapeutic relationship. I believe the therapeutic space can help release the pressure and relieve the pain caused by the chaos of every day life.
