Introduction

Hi. My name is Efrion. I have been a Licensed Clinical Therapist for over 20 years. I have worked with clients of all ages, ethnicities, and cultural backgrounds, with a wide range of concerns including depression, adolescent/adult anxiety, abuse, trauma, ADHD, relationship issues, substance use, career challenges and military issues. My therapeutic approach focuses on building on each and every client's strengths through evidence based social work treatment modalities including Cognitive-Behavioral and Motivational Interviewing. I provide virtual visits with evening and weekend hours. Are you stuck in this thing called life but not really living a fulfilling existence? We all experience highs, lows and everything in between. Life experiences range from issues with family, work, intimate relationships, friends, children, trauma, general dissatisfaction and everything in-between. If you've experienced being stuck in any of these areas and need help to move forward, then I believe I can assist you in that journey toward wholeness, peace and stability. During our sessions, we will identify tools and strategies to help you break negative habits and build empowering and lasting habits. Are you ready for a journey to a different you?
