Introduction

Want a counselor who gets it? On my personal journey of finding the right therapist, I scrolled endlessly, trying to find someone who looked like me or at least shared similar experiences and identities. Someone who would just get it. I want to be that person for you. Whether you're navigating depression, perfectionism, low self-esteem, self-harm, ADHD, OCD, questioning your gender identity, transitioning, or just need someone to talk to, I’m here for you. Currently, I am under the supervision of the amazing Erlese Caruth and a part of the amazingly diverse team at A Place For Me counseling. Therapy should be a collaborative process. I don't have all the answers, but together we can find what works for you. My approach is supported by empathy, curiosity, and genuine compassion for my clients. It's important to remember that therapists are human too! Outside of work, I'm a cat mom of six (ALOT I know), love pottery, and enjoy binge-watching random shows and anime. I am excited to get to know you! Let's do this together
