Edwin's expertise has been honed through hands-on experience with various demographics, including incarcerated youth and homeless veterans, in settings ranging from juvenile hall to VA medical centers. In 2012, Edwin attained a Master's Degree in Social Work with a focus on Community Mental Health from The University of California State Fullerton. During his academic tenure, he immersed himself in practical learning opportunities, such as an internship at Perris Valley Recovery Programs. Here, he facilitated substance abuse groups for court-mandated participants, providing invaluable support towards their rehabilitation efforts. Driven by a profound desire to empower individuals on their journey to wellness, Edwin founded Health is Wealth MH Solutions in 2022. As a tele-health-based venture, this platform is dedicated to addressing the psychological needs of its clients, especially those from marginalized and underserved communities. Edwin's vision extends beyond conventional therapy, aiming to offer innovative alternatives and holistic approaches to foster holistic well-being.
