I do not accept insurance, as I firmly believe that individuals that fully invest in themselves achieve the highest level of personal growth. I thrive when working with individuals who seek personal insight and awareness for change. During my 20-year career in mental health, I have served thousands. I firmly believe in the capacity for change and growth, and my role is to provide you with the necessary tools to harness that power. I believe that by living in the NOW and building for the future vs. fixating on the past, everyone has the chance to overcome any obstacle you may face.
