Let’s be real… life just sucks sometimes. There may be a strain in your relationship, maybe you’re struggling with family drama, dealing with a stressful time, or just feeling “off”. I want you to know that I’m here… I’m here to sit with you, I’m here to listen, and I’m here to help you stand back up. Through the many high points, we’ll experience low points where we’re just sitting in the muck. As your therapist, I’ll jump in to sit in the muck with you and when you’re ready I’ll help you get out of it.
