Introduction

My name is Ed Nissen. I’m an Executive Coach and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) specializing in empowering high-performing individuals and leaders–as well as organizational teams–by helping them broaden their personalities and find meaning by defining their own stories. This is achieved by: 1) understanding your personality; 2) targeting traits to broaden; 3) optimizing environments to be more conducive to your personality and goals; 4) identifying the implications of your life; and 5) finding meaning by actively participating in your story. I believe in speaking the truth, within the bounds of my limited capacity to know the truth, with the determination to always seek the truth, and with the thoughtfulness necessary for its reception by others. This necessarily forges our individual paths together, for it is in unity that we, as a human society, attain freedom, truth, and meaning.
