Life is complex, confusing, and sometimes difficult. Your past has a way of interfering with your present life as well as your hopes and dreams for the future. You may experience relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, or other issues that affect your life. Or you may have a desire to know and show up as your authentic self more in your life. I provide a therapeutic space for you to process the difficulties of your past and present, and venture to understand the patterns that prevent you from having the life that you want. I believe that healing is a long and difficult journey that is best done in connection with empathetic others. As your therapist, I will join you in your journey and provide safety, understanding, acceptance, reflection, and perspective that is rarely found in our everyday relationships. This therapeutic relationship will facilitate healing, growth, skills, and courage to take steps in your life that in the past have been too daunting. This work is not simple, but our ongoing work together will help you create a life that is more authentic, peaceful, and satisfying. — Ebony Towner is a registered Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC.0019737) practicing in the state of Colorado.
