Introduction

I am a licensed clinical social worker. I specialize in trauma, ADHD and low self-esteem. My modality of treatment encompasses cognitive behavior therapy, solution focused therapy, and client centered therapy.. I practice from a trauma informed perspective in which I recognize symptoms of trauma and the role it plays in one's life. I strive to help individuals understand experiences happening in their lives and collaboratively work together to develop and gain the tools necessary to overcome and manage symptoms of mental health.
