As a holistic therapist, I am deeply committed to supporting my clients' overall mental wellness by integrating approaches tailored to their unique needs. I have tremendous compassion and empathy for others because I believe people are doing the best they can with the life circumstances and coping skills they have. I believe that talk therapy can be powerful for a number of people and am happy to do just talk therapy. At the same time, I find that incorporating holistic, creative, playful, sensory activities such as movement, sound, 5 needle ear acupuncture, breathworks, art, sandtray, play, parts work, etc. can help us heal our whole selves.
