Introduction

All counseling clients have the answers they need. Psychological change occurs when clients experience their problems and themselves differently. I use an integrated therapeutic approach to assist clients to restore ruptured relationships, delve into their emotional lives, embrace their uniqueness, manage life transitions and find wholeness in themselves and their relationships. My work is informed by positive and developmental psychology, attachment theory, family therapy, and emotionally focused therapy. Individuals, couples and families are welcome.
