I support clients dealing with issues like anxiety, stress, depression, anger management, self-esteem, relationship issues, and life transitions. I also have specialized training in exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy for OCD. I strive to help clients achieve greater clarity, resilience, and a more fulfilling life by offering guidance in overcoming obstacles, building healthy relationships, and personal growth. My therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but I incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy. I tailor my approach to each individual client because people are complex, and there is no one-size-fits-all model! I center my practice around clients’ strengths, goals, values, and life experiences. I offer traditional in-person, walk-and-talk (yes, that means therapy outside!), and teletherapy. I also offer psychological assessment, including psychodiagnostic and forensic evaluations.
