Hey there! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in the awesome state of Georgia. I offer therapy sessions for individuals, families, and couples. My journey in this field started with a bachelor’s degree in health & Physical Education and a Master’s degree in school counseling from Georgia State, followed by a Specialist degree in School Counseling from the University of Georgia. Throughout my career, I've been fortunate to work in different settings. This diverse experience has equipped me to help clients facing a wide range of challenges, such as stress, anxiety, depression, grief, substance abuse, and relationship issues. When it comes to counseling, my approach is all about meeting you where you're at. I believe in creating a safe and empathetic environment for you to process life and navigate through its ups and downs. During our sessions, we'll use strategies from several different theoretical approaches to tackle issues like depression or anxiety. We'll also incorporate solution-focused techniques to help you find practical solutions. While I have expertise in behavior, I firmly believe that you are the true expert in your own life. Together, we can set goals and work towards achieving them. I can't wait to meet you and embark on this therapeutic journey together!
