Introduction

As a therapist, you will get the same genuine person I am with my partner and friends. It is my goal to create an informal atmosphere where you feel comfortable enough to become your authentic self. Post graduation from the University of Alabama, I have worked in every level of care from residential programs to outpatient therapy. I utilize evidence-based mental health practices to create a treatment plan unique to your goals. Nobody is more of an expert on your struggles than you. You already know the critical and negative self-talk holding you back. We will work together to master the techniques needed to manage your thoughts and symptoms. In working together, I will help empower you with insight, accountability and strategies you need to live life to your standards.
