I have more than 15 years of experience in the areas of mental health, substance use and wellness. My clinical experience comes from working in a variety of different settings with individuals experiencing a myriad of symptoms including, but not limited to depression/anxiety disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, substance use disorders and trauma. Additionally, I work with clients to help them manage difficult life transitions (i.e., education, parenting, career, relationships, etc.). I hold professional certifications in Mindfulness (CMIP), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (C-DBT), and Psychological First Aid. I am currently accepting appointments for new clients.
