Our therapeutic orientation is primarily cognitive behavioral therapy, however, we implore many techniques. We have extensive experience working with children of all ages as well as adults and excel at working with parent/child dynamics with the use of family therapy. Our approach to therapy can be a mixture between keeping therapy light with the use of humor and necessary directness.
