Introduction

I work predominantly with adults and their families, but also work with many adolescents struggling with identity, gender/sexuality and development. I believe in a transparent, empathetic, safe and productive environment provided for my clients. I work with a wide array of client situations but have special interest in chronic/acute pain and illness, trauma, and LGBTQIA+ and gender issues. Trauma plays a large part in our lives whether we are aware of it or not. These events at times change the wiring and firing of our brain functions. Using the appropriate tools and transitional methods, we can better understand and work together towards a more joyful and productive lifestyle. This practice is kink friendly and sex positive. I have vast experience working with a wide array of relationship types including but not limited to: mono, poly, hierarchal, open and explorative models. I offer my clients a client centered humanistic approach to their care –being highly attentive to needs while also offering a challenging environment for clients to “dig deep” into their situations and collaboratively find solutions. Don’t live in Tulsa/BA? No problem! I offer video therapy services to all OK residents. Going to therapy can be a difficult step for many and finding the right therapist is an important piece to your treatment. If you believe I would be a good potential fit for you, please don’t hesitate to contact me. I would love to hear from you.
