Hi, I’m Drew (she/her)! As a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), I am deeply passionate about supporting families, couples, and individuals navigating relationship challenges, trauma, and personal growth. My practice is rooted in anti-oppressive, trauma-informed care, and I am especially drawn toward working with fellow members of LGBTQIA+ communities. Human connection is at the heart of our greatest joys—and sometimes, our deepest struggles. Whether you’re facing communication breakdowns, recurring conflicts, or the aftermath of broken trust, I believe healing begins when we untangle these patterns together. In my work with couples and families, I blend evidence-based approaches like the Gottman Method and Narrative Therapy to help you rebuild understanding and reconnect with the parts of each other that you love and cherish the most. In individual therapy, I incorporate Attachment Theory to explore how past experiences shape your present emotions and relationships as well as Internal Family Systems (IFS). IFS (or “parts work”) embraces the idea that we’re all made up of distinct “parts” each with unique roles and needs—and by getting to know them, we can cultivate self-compassion and healing. I know that reaching out for therapy usually comes after a lot of internal debate and uncertainty, so I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to get to this point. I’m so happy you’re here! If you’re curious about working together, I invite you to schedule a free consultation where we can explore what you need and how I might help.
