Introduction

Have you ever asked yourself, “Why am I like this?” or “Why do I feel like I’m stuck?” You may be shocked to find out but the answer to these questions already rests inside of you. My job is to walk alongside you in your process of discovery and to be an ally and advocate along the journey. I am ready to help you discover meaning and a deep sense of peace that you have been seeking for some period of time. I provide therapy that is affirming to whoever you are and however you understand yourself by being non-judgmental, supportive, and encouraging of your journey of self-discovery and healing of wounds, new and old. I can provide therapeutic support in a number of different modalities including psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, and trauma specific cognitive behavioral therapy. As an ordained minister, I am also very well versed in religious and spirituality concerns including religious trauma.
