With over 19 years of experience in mental health counseling, Dr. Mitchell-Weston established this practice to provide compassionate, high-quality care to those who may not otherwise have access to the support they need. Dr. Mitchell-Weston, supports and encourage clients as they take the opportunity to heal, grow, and thrive—because she believes everyone deserves a Better Life. Dr. Mitchell-Weston holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University, along with dual Master’s Degrees in Mental Health Counseling and Marriage & Family Therapy. Her extensive background includes working in mental health, social work, addiction recovery, case management, juvenile justice, and family therapy. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a deep commitment to community outreach, crisis intervention, and holistic care.
