Introduction

If you are struggling with trauma, grief, anxiety, stress, depression or other concerns, I am a doctoral level psychotherapist with over 15 years of counseling experience that can help. I provide services to adults, adolescents and families to encourage a more fulfilling and purposeful life. I am currently accepting new clients and insurance is accepted. I practice from a warm, non-judgmental approach using a Cognitive Behavioral framework. You will gain healthy coping skills and develop a plan with specific action steps for you to live a more balanced meaningful life. The unique thing about my practice is that there is a Certified Therapy Dog in the office. I believe an animal brings serenity to the therapeutic experience.
