Introduction

Right smack in the middle of medical school, my mind was falling apart. I started doubting. Is it too late to quit? Why did I choose a career path so difficult and expensive? Where did my spark and my energy go? In the middle of all this chaos, one decision made all the difference... I was very hesitant at first, but something had to change. So, I sought mental health support. After all, the brain is probably the most important asset for any doctor-to-be. Therapy helped me balance ambition with self-care, improved my habits, and rekindled my energy and joy. I even got better grades by learning to navigate perfectionism and other mental habits that weren't helpful. That one decision led to powerful changes, and I began feeling so much better; and I believe you can too. Now, I dedicate my work to professionals and students to help them overcome burnout and build lasting mental wellness. "If you can change your mind, you can change your life." — William James — Remember, no one deserves to jeopardize their mental health to serve in a profession that is all about helping others. Ready to feel excited about life again? Let’s connect! Warmly, Trace
