Introduction

At the Wellness & Empowerment Center, our philosophy is that everyone has within them what they need to live an incredible life. Our goal is to provide clients with the tools necessary tools to unlock these strengths, in order to achieve the highest quality of life Dr. White will combine trauma-focused therapeutic interventions such as, but not limited to, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) / EMDR, CBT, DBT, and ACT. Her objective is to collaborate with the client to meet their needs and to empower their natural healing abilities.
