At the Wellness & Empowerment Center, our philosophy is that everyone has within them what they need to live an incredible life. As a First Responder & Public Safety wellness specialist Dr. Tia combines trauma-focused therapeutic interventions to help professionals improve their quality of life and strengthen their ability to serve the communities they love. She uses Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) / EMDR, CBT, DBT, and ACT. Her objective is to collaborate with the client to meet their needs and to empower their natural healing abilities.
