Hi! I have been doing therapy now for over 15 years. I served 7 years in the U.S. Army Reserves, while also serving as a classroom teacher. Both were rewarding and catapulted me into continuing to provide safety, healing and compassion in a different arena. I focus on trauma and I am certified in EMDR and Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am also seeking ASSECT certification to enhance my specialization in sex and sexuality. I am an LGBTQ plus ally. If you are a couple seeking therapy I use the Crucible Approach by Dr. David Schnarch. I love working with couples…lol.
