I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor committed to helping clients learn how to reach their full potential. I am licensed in Alabama and Georgia. I offer both in-person and telehealth counseling sessions. In my clinical practice, I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Insight Oriented Therapy & Expressive Arts Therapy. During your treatment journey, you will be encouraged to explore how your thoughts are affecting your emotions & your experiences. I'll help you learn & implement techniques to improve your mindset, encourage resilience, & empower you to claim the quality of life you deserve.
