My name is Dr. Sven Schild, and I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of clinical experience. I am dedicated to helping clients achieve their mental health goals and enhance other areas of their lives, including personal growth, relationships, and overall well-being. I use holistic, client-centered, and evidence-based treatment approaches, including Humanistic Psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and EMDR therapy. I am both an EMDR Certified Therapist™ and EMDRIA-approved EMDR Consultant™. Additionally, I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), and provide several body-oriented psychotherapies including Somatic Experiencing (SE™), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP™), and Dynamic Attachment Re-patterning Experience (DARe). My diverse skill set allows me to deliver comprehensive and personalized therapy, ensuring each client receives the support they need to thrive. Based in San Diego, CA, I am committed to delivering high-quality mental health services through a telehealth platform. Holding a Telepsychology Competencies Credential (TCC), I provide psychological services to individuals in California, Hawaii, Florida, and Virginia.
