During her 15 years there, she served in various roles, including Executive Director. She founded the Anxiety and Child Anxiety Centers, as well as one of the first intensive outpatient programs for pediatric OCD in the region. Dr. Welch has also been part of the faculty at the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, where she worked in one of the largest studies on anxiety disorders in primary care to date (the CALM study).
