Introduction

Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist based in Newport Beach, practicing teletherapy with adults (19 and over) throughout the state of California. My practice has been focused on enabling individuals like you to go beyond surviving to optimize their well-being. Together, we can work on discovering and leveraging your unique strengths to create positive shifts and reach enhanced levels of your potential. I enjoy helping professional women of diverse backgrounds and origins as they navigate the peaks and valleys of their personal, career, and, or academic paths. When I am not in session, I love traveling, appreciating new foods, experiencing art, music, and culture, or engaging in spiritual practices. You can also find me typing away as I am co-authoring my first book! It’s called Joy, Intentional. My trajectory has been quite diverse. I have always been deeply passionate about exploring the intersection of psychology across the behavioral, clinical, social, technological, and economic spheres. It all started in Ottawa, Canada, where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Carleton University. I later moved to the Golden State and pursued a Masters in Clinical Psychology and a Doctorate of Psychology at Pepperdine University in Culver City. I have 15+ years of experience in the field of psychology, providing evidence-based therapy and assessments to individuals and groups. I have supported private and government organizations in developing and implementing mental health programs, aiming to improve services for communities with severe mental illness. I have shared my expertise with technology marketing platforms along the way, offering evidence-based insight into consumer behaviors. I have also been a board member for non-profits advocating for the needs of underserved women and children. Ready to Thrive? You are capable of change, growth, and joy, despite the roadblocks and setbacks you may face. I’m here to help you find your light and use it to fuel a happy and fulfilling journey.
