I strive to create a setting for you to feel safe, heard, and understood. Guiding you to feel empowered over your emotions bringing you peace. We all have feelings but we don't have to become them. When we become them, over time, it creates chaos in our mind and body. Trauma, anxiety, stress, and can express in things such as migraines, GI issues, and fatigue. Specializing in anxiety, depression, emotional/psychological abuse, toxic relationships, PTSD, and trauma. I also work with teens who struggle with anxiety, trauma, and depression. We all deserve to be heard and validated. What you may be going through, the pain, the struggles, does not have to be done alone. Feeling safe, heard, and validated is the foundation we will work from you bring you peace and to feel balanced.
