My background includes work with clients presenting with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, couples counseling,, career counseling, Bipolar Disorder, Grief, stage of life adjustment, OCD, and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma, emotional abuse and PTSD.. My approach combines a range of modalities with your needs and desired outcomes at the center.
