Introduction

I am a national certified, Pennsylvania licensed professional counselor with a doctorate degree in marriage and family therapy. I am committed to helping others find strength to navigate the most difficult challenges in life. I have extensive training in trauma informed treatment modalities, and I am particularly passionate about helping others heal in the areas of psychological trauma, relationship distress and grief and loss. I utilize a wide range of treatment approaches which are selected based on individual client need. My desire is to create an emotionally safe place where each of my clients can feel seen, heard, and deeply understood. Taking an honest look at your thoughts, feelings and experiences can be hard work. But it can also be your first step in finding your strength and rediscovering your joy. Strength for Living currently accepts self-pay at the time of service. If you have an insurance plan that includes out of network benefits, you may be able to use it for my services. While I will collect fees directly from you, you are able to submit your billing statements to your insurance company for reimbursement. Reach out to me for an appointment and let's begin this journey together.
