Introduction

I am a Licensed Psychologist who works with individuals in the community as young as 13 years old through adulthood. My role as your therapist is to guide you in your process of self-discovery, challenge those internal thoughts that can be defeating, and empower you to pursue your goals as you gain an increased understanding of your life and find solutions to your situations. Some of my areas of specialty include: anxiety, depression, eating disorders, body image, relationship and marital issues, career concerns, academic concerns, substance use, trauma, and grief and loss. I also use biofeedback in my practice if a client is interested. Biofeedback is useful in addressing stress management. Additionally I am a Certified Mental Performance Consultant working with athletes (recreation, high school, college, and professional), business professionals, and performance artists on ways to improve their drive and focus.
